Privacy

Privacy policy.

How MV Global Interiors collects, uses and protects your personal information — including enquiries, appointments, email, telephone, WhatsApp and our customer-management system.

Who we are

This policy is issued by MV Global Interiors Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, with its factory and offices at Pride Works, Park Lane, Halesowen, West Midlands B63 2RA. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

Information we collect

We may process personal information received through website enquiries, appointment requests, email, telephone, WhatsApp Business / WhatsApp Business Platform, and our customer-relationship management (CRM) activities. Depending on how you contact us, this can include:

  • your name, where you provide it or it is known to us;
  • your telephone number, email address and other contact details;
  • the content of your enquiry, messages and any files, drawings or photographs you send us;
  • for WhatsApp conversations: your phone number, message content, message timestamps, and message delivery or read status where the platform makes it available;
  • appointment details, project requirements and related correspondence;
  • records linking a WhatsApp conversation to a CRM Contact or Lead where a member of our team has reviewed and confirmed that link.

How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to enquiries and provide customer service;
  • prepare estimates, quotations and project proposals;
  • arrange and manage appointments and site visits;
  • follow up on enquiries and ongoing projects;
  • manage our customer records, including assigning conversations and enquiries to authorised members of our team;
  • meet our commercial, accounting and legal obligations.

In plain terms: we use your details to run our business relationship with you — answering you, pricing your project, and delivering the work. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.

WhatsApp and our CRM

We use WhatsApp Business / the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta, as one of our messaging channels. Messages you send us on WhatsApp may be recorded in our customer-management system so we can respond and keep a history of our conversation.

  • If an unknown number messages us, the conversation may first be held for review by our team. A CRM Contact or Lead is not created automatically solely because an unknown person sends us a WhatsApp message.
  • Where a member of our team confirms that a conversation belongs to an existing or new customer, it may be linked to that Contact or Lead record.
  • Authorised MV Global Interiors team members may access relevant conversation history for customer service and business administration.
  • Personal data held in our CRM is not published publicly. Access is restricted to authorised staff.

Service providers and processors

We use carefully selected service providers to operate our website, customer-management system and messaging services. This includes Meta / WhatsApp as our messaging platform, as well as hosting, email and software providers. These providers process personal data on our behalf only where necessary to deliver those services, and are required to protect it.

Some of these providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place for international data transfers.

Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, and to meet our commercial and legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

Security

Access to enquiries, CRM records and conversation history is restricted to authorised MV Global Interiors staff. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

Your privacy rights

Under UK data-protection law you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected, and to ask for it to be deleted. You can also object to or restrict certain uses of your data.

To make a request, contact us using the details below and tell us what you are asking for. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. For step-by-step deletion instructions, see our data deletion page.
